ALISIA ROE
Alisia's journey into yoga began in high school, but it wasn't until after the birth of her son in 2013 that she truly embraced a regular practice. A transformative moment came when she discovered heated power yoga, igniting her passion for the discipline and inspiring her to teach. Alisia began leading a set flow class in 2017 and completed her 200-hour Advanced Teacher Training at Bozeman Power Yoga in 2022.
Now the studio manager at Bozeman Power Yoga, Alisia focuses on ensuring the smooth operation of the studio, creating a safe and welcoming environment for both staff and practitioners. As a teacher, she specializes in Yoga Sculpt, which she loves for its perfect blend of yoga and strength training. Alisia is actively building the Yoga Sculpt program at Bozeman Power Yoga for both clients and yoga teachers, helping others discover the transformative benefits of this dynamic practice. Outside of the studio, Alisia shares her journey with her husband Ty, whom she met through their mutual love of hot yoga, her son Grayson, and their two rescue dogs.
SARAH WHITE
Sarah is a pastry chef, entrepreneur, and founder of baking company KillerBaker, whose demanding career sparked a deep commitment to movement as a foundation for strength, balance, and longevity. What began as a way to support her physical work quickly evolved into a lifelong passion for fitness and teaching.
She began leading group fitness classes in 2013, building experience across strength training, barre, and yoga-based modalities. In 2024, Sarah completed her 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training, where she developed a profound appreciation for yoga as both a physical discipline and a tool for mental resilience and growth.
Her path naturally led to Power Yoga and Yoga Sculpt—practices that combine breath, strength, and intentional movement to build powerful, capable clients.
Now serving as Trainer in both Power Yoga and Yoga Sculpt, her mission is to develop confident, highly skilled instructors who deliver safe, challenging, and transformative classes.

Strength movement fundamentals and exercise selection
Safe integration of weights and resistance training with yoga
Music and pacing strategies

A 200-hour yoga teacher training is recommended but not required for this program.
Yoga Sculpt blends yoga, strength training, and conditioning, so participants should already feel comfortable leading or practicing yoga and working with basic strength movements.
This training is designed for:
Yoga teachers looking to expand their teaching skill set
Fitness instructors interested in integrating yoga into strength-based classes
Practitioners who want a deeper understanding of Yoga Sculpt programming
-
No. You do not need to be an advanced athlete to participate.
The purpose of the training is to teach you how to structure and safely lead a Yoga Sculpt class, not to test your personal fitness level. Movements and exercises are taught with modifications and progressions so you can understand how to teach them to a wide range of practitioners.
Participants should feel comfortable practicing yoga and using light to moderate weights, but the focus of the training is learning how to teach, not how much weight you can lift.
-
After completing the in-person training days, participants will complete a short process that includes:
Submitting a Yoga Sculpt sequence and playlist for review and approval
Meeting with an assigned mentor to discuss the sequence and assess readiness
Teaching a family and friends class to demonstrate the ability to lead a full Yoga Sculpt class
This process helps ensure graduates are prepared to confidently teach a full Yoga Sculpt class.
